Hello, and thanks for your interest in me, and my ministry here at Cedar Grove.Serving with me on the Personnel Committee are Dan Effa and Scott Hill. As a committee we provide support for the church's staff, in areas such as staff hirings, the drafting of job descriptions, terms of employment and policies, as well as providing recommendations for staff salary increases. We assist staff in most human resources related issues and questions.I may be reached through the church office.
