• PRAYER MEETINGS.  In the past months, the ministry team has been meeting regularly once a month in prayer. Everyone is invited to join the prayer meeting starting September 19 (Saturday), at 8am here at our home, address is 15677 80A Avenue,  and call Selby/Ruth for further info. The dates are September 19, October 10 and November 14 for this year. .

• FILIPINO MINISTRY E-GROUP. Get connected via the internet. If you would like to receive updates on activities and prayer items, or share encouraging thoughts and insights, sign up today. Send us your email address to be added to the list.

• LIFE GROUPS. Lifegroups kick off will be bowling on September 5 in the evening------watch for further details.

• ANNUAL CHRISTMAS PARTY. Pinoys will not be outdone when it comes to celebrating the most beloved holiday of all. Pasko! To get invited or to get involved as a volunteer in a committee, contact us via phone or email. Sandali na lang, Pasko na naman!

• CHRISTMAS CAROLING. Our brand of caroling differs from the usual fund-raising caroling bands in that we don’t do it to raise money. We do it to bring comfort and cheer to our homesick or newly-arrived kababayan. If you would like to see the faces of our kababayan light up and glow this season, join us or give us names of families that need cheering up this coming season.

• SUMMER FAMILY CAMP. Maganda ang British Columbia. Mas maganda kapag sama-sama tayo sa fellowship at pag-appreciate ng ganda ng ating probinsya. Join us this summer. Malapit lang! Tara na!

• ENGLISH AS A SECOND LANGUAGE (ESL). We are now offering free ESL lessons to those interested in improving their English conversation skills over bibingka at kape.

The first class starts in February 2009 in the Fleetwood area. To sign up or refer a friend, please contact Ruth and Selby.

• IMMIGRANT ASSISTANCE. Bagong dating? We are launching a new ministry to reach our newly-arrived kababayan and make transitioning to their new life in BC easier and smoother. If you have household items you want to donate, like kitchen utensils, furniture, clothing, toys and other things that new families might need—or if they simply need a ride to church, please contact Selby and Ruth via the email address below. If you have kamag-anak coming, let us know.
