No cost Mental Health counselling for teens and children:
START- “Short Term Assessment Response Team” provides Urgent Mental Health Care for ages 6-18 at no cost. CALL: 1-844-782-7811. Self-Refer when there has been a rapid onset (in the past 2-4 weeks) of extreme mental health symptoms resulting in the child/teen being unable to participate in their typical daily activities or relationships. Mental health crises may include intense anxiety or depression, self-harming or thoughts of suicide.
