If you are looking to improve your health in 2026 this may be for you!  Women’s Ministry is excited to launch a new exercise program called W.O.W. (Work Out & Worship).  Making fitness an act of worship, at W.O.W. we will get stronger together as we glorify God by being good stewards of our bodies.

There are only 15 spots available for women 18 years and older.  Registration begins Sunday, January 11.  Cost is $50 for 6 sessions.
