Cedar Grove Family,
Thank you to everyone who attended the Annual General Meeting on Sunday. It was wonderful to see so many smiles and to connect with covenant members and guests. This is a great time to remind you to get involved and consider becoming a covenant member.
Congratulations to Marcia and Monte, who were both elected to the Board! Marcia will serve as the liaison and representative to the Child Development Centre, while Monte will step into the role of Board Chair. Thank you both for stepping up!
We still need one more member to join the Board—a financial representative who is skilled in budgeting and managing numbers to help position us for a strong future.
On that note, finances have been down over the past month, leaving us approximately $21,000 behind budget. We encourage you to continue being faithful and to prayerfully consider how the Lord is leading you to give each month. Regular giving—whether weekly, biweekly, or monthly—helps keep our budget and expenses on track. As we approach the summer season, we want to ensure a stable financial footing.
Once again, thank you for your faithfulness here at Cedar Grove. Your contributions and enthusiasm for what God is doing are felt throughout the building. Your Pastoral Team, Staff Team, Council, Board, and Ministry Leaders are all working hard to support you.
