Outreach to newcomers to Canada whose mother tongue is not English

No ESL Classes Planned This Spring

--

In the past, as part of our outreach to newcomers to Canada whose mother tongue is not English, the Intercultural Ministry at Cedar Grove has provided free ESL (or ELL) classes.  We currently have no teachers available so there are no ESL classes planned this fall.  Please check back again in September 2024.

Looking for an ESL or ELL class in Surrey?

ELL programs are offered at colleges and universities throughout B.C.. At most of these institutions, Canadian citizens, permanent residents, and refugees do not pay tuition for ELL courses, although other costs may apply. The Government of British Columbia provides a list of  post-secondary institution you wish to apply to for more information about course offerings, admission requirements, and fees.
