Volunteer Positions
Lighting Technician
Responsible for all lighting in the Worship Centre on a Sunday from the stage lighting to the house and overflow lights. Working with a computer program you will set the stage and adjust lights as necessary for the different elements of the service. The Lighting Technician will work directly with the Team Lead and Projectionist to ensure the best lighting for videos, baptisms, messages and worship. Full training with Light Factory is provided.
Camera Operator
Responsible for videotaping all elements of Sunday services. Must be able to work with the Sound person to obtain good sound signals to the camera and with the Team Lead to ensure all elements of the service are covered. Training will be provided.
Projectionist
Responsible for ensuring the correct slides or videos are up on the screens during the services. Our Projectionists work with Powerpoint and ProPresenter. The Projectionist will work directly with the Team Lead and the Sound Person as well as the Lighting Tech to get slides or videos up at the correct times. As well, the Projectionist will make adjustments and corrections to the slides as necessary. Attention to detail is necessary in this position. Training is provided.
